With the explosive growth of the sport of lacrosse in New Hampshire, the need for knowledgeable, experienced coaches is greater than ever before. Amherst Lacrosse Club (ALC) is dedicated to providing experienced quaility coaches for all of our programs. We comply with New Hampshire Youth Lacrosse Association(NHYLA) guidelines for head coaches and assistant coaches.
All Coaches, head and assistant coaches, are required to complete the following steps to be considered for a coaching assignment with ALC.
- Successful completion of US Lacrosse Coaching Education Level 1 Online Course.
- Successful completion of US Lacrosse Coaching Education Level 1 Instructional in-Person Clinic.
- Successful completion of Postive Coaching Alliance’s Double Goal Coach 1 course – Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons.
- Full USL Certification which includes a NCSI background check.
